Title IX prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. As Title IX rounds out more than 50 years, we will discuss the educational landscape prior to the passage of Title IX, the impacts the law has had, and where we are today. Topics will include athletics reform, sexual harassment, due process, and changes in the law that are on the horizon for Title IX.
